However, if you’re not capable of finding or click on the “renewal” option, and actually your bank account appears like it’ll instantly renew.

When you signed within the “Subscriptions” tab click “Contact Support”, then choose the product and click on “Customer Support” underneath the drop-down box, Choosing the phone option provides you with the right customer support number and support hrs.
Option 1: MSN Premium Subscription Upgrade
Receive premium communication and security service from MSN without changing your existing internet service provider, including MSN, Advanced Junk E-mail Filter, Pop-up Guard and McAfee® Antivirus Plus for many email accounts – MSN Version And Webtrot® secure security software with the anywhere safe computer. At the end of 1 year, you will have the option of renewing your membership at the current price or the subscription will expire. Internet access not included – only subject to changing software value. One month before the end of your current economy pack plan, you will receive an email to explain this upgrade offer and you will get an opportunity to upgrade. You can upgrade to a more comprehensive MSN Premium plan by selecting the “Upgrade now” option at any time from the menu options in the MSN Explorer welcome screen.
Option 2: MSN Premium Subscription Expiration – Renewal Notice MSN Premium
The following will occur on the date your current annual Economy Pack subscription ends if you take no action:
- Your MSN Premium subscription will automatically expire and you will not be able to sign into MSN Explorer via the MSN butterfly icon;
- Your MSN email account will only be accessible by going to https://outlook.com and logging in with your email address and password or by setting up a new mail client (Mac Mail, etc.);
- Access to locally stored email for your primary and secondary accounts will no longer be available. If you have emails stored under “Folders on Your Computer” and you wish to retain these e-mails, you will need to sign in to MSN Explorer and move these emails from “Folders on Your Computer” to “Folders on MSN” prior to the date your current annual Economy Pack subscription ends. This will move them to the server where they can be accessed through https://outlook.com. Please view the Frequently Asked Questions billing Microsoft for detailed instructions on how to move your locally stored email; and
- If you are using MSN Explorer as your browser, any “Favorites” bookmarks will no longer be available. Please transition any bookmarks to your new browser before your current annual Economy Pack subscription expires. In order to use your Favorites in another browser, you will need to copy the URLs and save them in the new browser.
